Our Story

Ardurra was officially formed in 2017 with a simple idea sketched on a napkin: build a different, people-centered engineering firm that brings together exceptional expertise, strong client partnerships, and an entrepreneurial approach to solving community challenges.

We launched Ardurra Group Inc. with a vision for excellence in infrastructure solutions. In our first year, we grew from 100 to 230 employees across 11 offices, expanding our capabilities through strategic partnerships that strengthened water services, structural engineering, and surveying

2018

Momentum Takes Shape

A breakthrough year marked by rapid growth and national recognition. We expanded to 327 employees across 15 offices, established a West Coast presence, and debuted at #396 on the ENR Top 500 Design Firms while earning #4 on the Zweig Group Hot Firm List.

One Team, One Identity

 Rebranding as Ardurra unified our growing organization under a single name and shared purpose. With 345 employees across 16 offices, we reinforced our people-first culture and debuted on Zweig’s Best Firms to Work For list — a milestone that reflected both growth and cohesion.
