We launched Ardurra Group Inc. with a vision for excellence in infrastructure solutions. In our first year, we grew from 100 to 230 employees across 11 offices, expanding our capabilities through strategic partnerships that strengthened water services, structural engineering, and surveying

A breakthrough year marked by rapid growth and national recognition. We expanded to 327 employees across 15 offices, established a West Coast presence, and debuted at #396 on the ENR Top 500 Design Firms while earning #4 on the Zweig Group Hot Firm List.

 Rebranding as Ardurra unified our growing organization under a single name and shared purpose. With 345 employees across 16 offices, we reinforced our people-first culture and debuted on Zweig’s Best Firms to Work For list — a milestone that reflected both growth and cohesion. 

 In a year defined by disruption, Ardurra demonstrated resilience and adaptability. We accelerated growth while expanding core infrastructure services across the Southeast and Texas. 

 This year marked a step change in scale. We broadened our national footprint and deepened specialization across water, transportation, public works, and surveying. 

 Ardurra became a truly national firm. Strategic growth expanded our reach across the West and Mountain regions while strengthening aviation, transportation, and water expertise. 

 With scale came increased influence. We continued climbing national rankings while expanding high-impact infrastructure services across key growth markets. 

 Strategic growth and global recognition defined the year. We expanded our Southeast presence, opened a new headquarters in Miami, and reached new levels of industry distinction.

 Ardurra entered its next chapter with unmatched momentum. Strategic partnerships expanded our capabilities nationwide, while innovation, culture, and leadership earned top-tier recognition. 

 Ardurra’s momentum continues as we surpass 2,600 employees and 120 offices nationwide. With the establishment of a presence in the Northeast, we further strengthen our national footprint while continuing to grow both organically and through strategic partnerships.
