As a subconsultant to Pyramid Contracting, Ardurra provided site design and construction administration for the South Carolina Department of Education's new 150,000-square-foot headquarters in Cayce, SC. The facility consolidates multiple office locations and represents a major public investment in state educational infrastructure, developed on a previously underutilized parcel within the South Carolina Farmer's Market site along US Highway 321.

• Designed a 600-space parking lot meeting long-term operational and accessibility requirements
• Installed sanitary sewer and water distribution mains supporting full facility operations
• Developed grading and storm drainage systems for site functionality and long-term durability
